By using communication and collaboration between project team and trade subcontractors, a site specific safety plan is developed to implement proper control measures to reduce or eliminate hazards.

• Weekly jobsite safety meeting
• Pre-task Planning
• Making regular job site safety inspections
• Enforcing the use of safety equipment
• Following safety procedures and rules
• Providing on-going safety training
• Safety Incentive Program
• Enforcing safety rules and using appropriate discipline
• Removing the hazard or guarding against the hazard
• Providing personal protective equipment and enforcing its use
• A record of all safety inspections and correctional steps will be kept
