Craig Bradley

President

Over 16 years of successfully delivering commercial construction projects in a variety of industries: Higher Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, R&D, Food, Office Building, Industrial and Manufacturing.

Expert experience working on Design Build Projects and working with North Carolina University System through State Construction Office on CM at Risk projects.

Diverse range of project types such as: New Construction, Additions, Renovations, Occupied Facilities and Infrastructure.

Well rounded and experienced in all aspects of project management, and operations including: preconstruction services, design/build, cost & schedule reporting, marketing, sales and contract negotiations.

Managed a $34 million Pharmaceutical project that won the Design/Build Institutes of America Project of the Year in 1999.

Managed a $44 million Cardiovascular Medical project that won ABC Excellence in Construction, and Project of the Year in 2009.

Jack Bradley

General Superintendent

Over 38 years of successfully delivering commercial construction projects in a variety of industries: Mixed Use-Mall, Pharmaceutical, Food Processing, Office Building, Industrial and Manufacturing.

Supervised and managed over $700,000 million worth of work to date. Majority of projects of those projects are valued over $50 million, and executed under the fast-track design build delivery method.

Provides overall leadership for all onsite construction activities including: directing, planning, coordination, scheduling and execution of timely work. Responsibilities focus on deliver quality projects within budget, maintaining a safe work place, promoting and enhancing client relationships.

Managed a $64 million Food processing plant that received Food Engineering Magazine's 1997 Food Plant of the Year award.

Chris Small

Construction Manager

Over 4 years of successfully delivering commercial construction projects in a variety of industries: Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Office Building, Higher Education, and Laboratories.

Involvement in a wide variety of successful projects from $40 million dollar new higher education, and multiple million dollar lab renovations at Duke University.

Roles include daily management, supervision, and coordination to deliver successful projects. Values effective communication and the highest level of relationships with the owners and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and successfully to meet schedule and budget expectations.
